Returns:

At LENORA, we stand behind the quality of our products with such confidence that we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you find yourself not entirely pleased with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@lenorahome.com within 30 days from the delivery date, and we will facilitate a return or exchange for you. It is important to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We request that the product be returned in its original, unopened condition, including all original packaging, as it was when you received it. Please ensure the item is adequately protected when shipped back to us; failure to do so may result in partial or no credit due to damage. Since we use third-party freight services, please be aware that any shipping fees incurred (both original outbound and inbound) are non-refundable.

For returns not related to manufacturing defects, a $20 restocking fee will apply. In the case of defective items, our customer service team will determine the eligibility for a return or exchange based on the specific product purchased. Please contact us at support@lenorahome.com for approval before returning any items, as returns without prior approval from a LENORA representative will not be credited. To Initiate A Return:

  1. Contact - Email us at support@lenorahome.com with the subject line "Return + [item name]", including your order number and name in the email to help our team quickly locate your order and begin the return process.

    *Please note, returns sent without prior communication with our support team will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Repack - Ensure the item is in its original, unopened condition, packed with all original packaging and contents.

  3. Ship - After receiving approval from our customer service, we will provide you with the return address. Please ship the item to the specified address using a carrier of your choice.

    *Remember, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

  4. Refund - Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a notification once the refund has been issued.

    Receipt Confirmation: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to confirm the receipt of your returned item.

There is a $20 restocking fee charged per returned item; this fee is deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet after we've confirmed receipt of your return, please contact us at support@lenorahome.com with your order number. Our customer service team will assist you within 24 hours.

Damages and issues (if applicable)

Please check your parcel before signing. Contact us at support@lenorahome.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final Sale Items (if applicable)

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges or concerns about a defective product, please email us at support@lenorahome.com. Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours to address your issue.

Gifts

Returns of items purchased as gifts will be handled in the same manner as standard returns. The purchaser will receive a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date we receive your return.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can submit a cancellation request via email at support@lenorahome.com.
If you want to cancel an order or part of it after it has been shipped, you can submit a return request, and the standard return policy mentioned above will apply.
